As a McCall-Thomas Communications Engineer, you will be joining a team of dedicated individuals committed to our mission of providing quality solutions and services to each of our clients. The Communications Engineer will have a fast-track opportunity for career growth and a leadership role.

 

The primary responsibilities for this role will include: 

• Central Office Engineering

• Outside Plant Network Design

• Fiber Route/Equipment Planning

• Construction/Project Management

 

Pay rate will be commensurate with experience.

 

What Will You Need:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited college engineering program

• PE license preferred

• 4+ years experience in FTTH Technology/Design

• Knowledge of all aspects of FTTH design, staking, construction, inspection, contracts

• Understanding of consulting engineering industry

• Proficiency in Engineering and GIS systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams
